Response Andy helps teams discover public social posts that may be relevant for outreach and drafts suggested replies. The Service offers discovery across supported platforms and a dashboard to review and send replies.

- You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You agree to keep your information accurate and up to date.

3) Acceptable use
You will not:
- Violate applicable laws or platform terms (e.g., Google, Reddit, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Mastodon).
- Misrepresent identity, spam, or harass people.
- Attempt to scrape non‑public data, probe, or disrupt the Service.

4) Integrations and platform rules
When you connect third‑party accounts (e.g., Reddit, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Mastodon), you authorize Response Andy to access tokens and perform actions only as permitted by you and the platform. Your use must follow each platform’s policies. We may suspend integrations to comply with platform changes or legal requirements.

5) Content
- You are responsible for any messages you send using the Service.
- Suggested replies are generated automatically and are provided “as is.” Review suggestions carefully before sending.
- You grant us a non‑exclusive license to process content you provide only to operate and improve the Service.

6) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at https://responseandy.com/privacy-policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

7) Payments
If paid features are enabled, charges and billing terms will be disclosed at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable except as stated at purchase.

Response Andy and associated trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. Generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete.

10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
